  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit, and include your packing slip.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
